The Game does not load

Dear Wartune Reborn Team,

My game is not loading since 1 hour from now and just white screen appears and nothing, please fix this issue asap so i can play game as normal.

Same Problem on S10 was in midle of DUngeon run and the game just freez and could not log back in .

connection times out. ive had loading issues for the last week. 10-15 secs for windows to load.
