  • Shards of Magic Forums?

    Just Downloaded Shards of Magic and love the fact its so much like summoners wars, but honestly i think better. It would be nice to get a forums for this game, with news of patches and what not?

      +1Forums are huge part of social games. A dedicated forum with ingame link would be a huge benefit.

        I've been playing Shards of Magic for a couple weeks now. I thoroughly enjoy the game and the friends I've made there. But I am total agreement. A proper forum for this game would be extremely helpful. While I can answer most questions (as far as I've proceeded anyway) A place that my new guild members can go to quickly search for help on more advanced questions can only benefit the game.

          There's actually several mobile games that don't have a forum. I'm not sure if they are wanting people to use the facebook page instead of the forum, but I will ask about adding Shards of Magic.

            We actually created a community forum @ the GMT S1 server for our players with the help of others.

            PrivateMMO.com, You can join us up here and contribute by creating guides, helping others.
            We got our top ranked players on it atm, trying to get other players to sign up so we can help them on their way to the top without wasting their gems etc

                Not able to update

                Tried to update through iOS store. Everytime it gets to the end it goes back to update. Can't update so can't play.

                Please fix

                  Hi Aberek,

                  We are terribly sorry for the trouble and offer our deepest apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this is causing.

                  But from our testing, it seems to be an iOS and Apple App Store issue and iOS9 and not the Shards of Magic app itself. So unfortunately, we are unable to fix the issue ourselves and need Apple to fix the issue.

                  However, there is a WORKAROUND FIX that let’s you update/download version 1.3.5 of Shards of Magic so you can continue playing.

                  Please use the following steps:
                  Connect your iPhone/iPad to your PC and open iTunes on your PC
                  Click on App Store in iTunes on your PC and search for “Shards of Magic”
                  Click on “Update” on the Shards of Magic app page (this could also say “Download”)
                  Click on the iPhone icon in iTunes on your PC to access your iPhone/iPad
                  Click on “Apps” on the menu of the left and search for “Shards of Magic” on your app list
                  If you have downloaded version 1.3.5 of Shards of Magic in iTunes on your PC, then the button next to Shards of Magic should say “Update”
                  Click on the “Update” button and it will change to “Will Update”
                  Click on “Apply” at the bottom right corner
                  This will start the Synch process and transfer the update of version 1.3.5 of Shards of Magic from your PC to your iPhone/iPad. You will then be able to play Shards of Magic again.

                  This entire process should take 5 minutes. We are sorry for the inconvenience but this is the only solution we have at this time.

                  In the meantime, we are working diligently and coordinating with the developer and Apple to find a better solution. We ask you to please be patient.

                    Please, Is there a way to change guild name ?

                    I am the leader of the "w33d"Level 6 guild in GMT S2 server. My friends and I have inherrit the guild after that the creator leaved... And the guild name is... weird and not really suitable... all the 69 members of the guild in fact would like to change it.

                    Any help ?

                      If there isn't a way in game through the guild panel or by shop item to change the guild name, then the most I can suggest is contacting support through the app, or by email as posted above, to ask if it's possible for the name to be manually changed.

                            2 minggu yang lalu GM bejanji akan mengembalikan permata saya di akun lama saya ke akun saya yang baru , di karenakan GM tidak bisa mentransfer akun lama saya (ios) ke akun baru saya (android) , tetapi sampai sekarang , GM malah tidak pernah membalas laporan saya lagi , dan permata itu belum di kembalikan sampai saat ini juga , saya sudah pusing , padahal saya sudah banyak melakukan pembelian permata itu,

                              Did you reply back to your ticket to let them know you are still waiting? You can try contacting them through the facebook page https://www.facebook.com/shardsofmagic/ by clicking 'Send Message' on the right side, and including information about who you are (email address, user ID, character name, ticket number, or whatever identifying information Shards of Magic uses).
