    Ok im a bit ****** off..this is the second game thats did this to me..i am furious right now. On kindom Rift i recharged my account twice and it didnt give me my gold or anything..i didnt get nothing after recharging. It said the the two recharges has been taken off my card. now i have no money on my card to recharge again. it even says on my bank statments thae money was taken off. i have not recieved anything. Why in the hell do u guys keep playing me like this? i just want to have fun but this **** is ruining everything for me. What can i do to get my stuff when i recharged twice. it was the 500 gold for 4.99. i did it twice

    Are you able to view your Order History at www.r2games.com/user? If you are, grab the transaction numbers from the two orders you haven't received, and I'll forward them on.

    If you aren't able to view your Order History, you'll need to send in a ticket. You can give me your ticket number, if you don't receive a timely reply.
