[Announcement] Emergency Maintenance 7/17 @ 10:00 PM EDT

S493, S494, S498, S499, S504, S505, S506 and kabam101 will be having an Emergency Maintenance on Thursday, the 17th of July at 10:00 PM EDT, (7:00 PM PDT, 3:00 AM GMT, and 10:00 AM GMT +8). Maintenance is expected to take approximately 3 hours.
We would like to apologize for this issue and appreciate player's patience while we work to improve the game.After maintenance is over, please check the hot events section for a compensation package including the following items:

• 300,000 Gold
• 300,000 Daru
• Lvl. 2 Bonus EXP Scroll x1
• Extreme Stamina Potion x1

Timing Terrible

Why can't this be done at 2:00 am so East/West get their mines, battlegrounds, WB, etc?

well to late now it on already.

They obviously had an exploit to address I get that part just fine. Was very obvious. The point about timing is very well taken. Add to it some actually do thier MPD, spire and TOK after WB each day the 10 PM EST time is terrible. Whatever compensation is given won't make up for the loss of a days leveling. It's an east coast server where events run til basically 11:30 PM EST each day with the last BG . The company should make every effort to consider the players 1st. After all they are the customers ....right?

While we are at it this happened similarly on Oceanic as it was explained to me at least. That is the free whip exploit. So why the second mistake compounding the 1st?

why cant they just screen there events before applying them in such rush to drain the cash players they didn't pay attention to there hot events and made an infinit loop for mount whips hardly are fault and more there fault. not like this game is new this shouldn't happen.
