    Clothing Synthesis Luck Charm Cost

    I need a sanity check on these clothing synthesis costs. Did they raise the luck charm requirements with the new patch or is this something I've missed for awhile now? Says it costs 16 charms to synthesize lvl 6's into 7. I was expecting it to cost 5. From what I recall it's
    1x1=2 (no charms)
    2x2=3 (1 charm)
    3x3=4 (2 charms)
    4x4=5 (3 charms)
    etc.
    for the clothing items. And the crazy doubling charm cost is only for the wings.
    Also can synthesize two lvl 4 clothing items and it costs 4 charms when I was expecting only 3. Just as an educated guess did they change the costs to
    1x1=2 (no charms)
    2x2=3 (1 charm)
    3x3=4 (2 charms)
    4x4=5 (4 charms)
    5x5=6 (8 charms)
    6x6=7 (16 charms)?
    Any mods able to confirm this? I was about put this in Bug Reports, but by now I should know better than that...

      This is totally irrelevant. I'm saying they changed the clothing synthesis costs, not the wing ones.

        they havent change it, was already so a few months ago

          Alright, I looked back at one of my vids and I did a 4x4=5 and it cost 4 charms, so that seems accurate. Last time I did one of the higher levels though, I could swear it didn't cost this many charms.

            wouldn't surprise me

            however looks like the chance to upgrade has decreased
            i have synthed level 2 and 1 wings for a level 3 without charms
            level 3 and 2 armour
            and leve 3 and 2 weapon to get level 4s without charms

            all those attempts above were first attempt, where as on my first toon i remember doing that and all i did was fail

            guildies today did it as well without charms, so it isnt just my luck

              I got a lot done without charms as well, so I'm actually close to having that 16 charms for the lvl 7 helm. Hmmmm lol times are a changing, folks.

                Just consider it preparation for when lv9 clothing is no longer the max.
