Now, I will make an exact list of the Rewards that i did not get. Since I was asked to make a list then I'll show them these pictures and the list of items.
1. This is the most recent reward that I did not get it is from Capsule Event 4 days ago.
As you can see It is that bug again where I can't collect the rewards from Toy achievement. The Red arrow points that I already got the 25/25 requirement.
This next picture is what a non-bugged capsule event looks like.
See the Yellow arrow pointing to it? Those are:
Lvl. 5 Angel Essence Chest x8
Lvl. 5 Angel Essence Combo Chest x2
Maia Swap Card x1
these are what you owe me.
And this next picture is what I can swap my Maia card for.
The Red Arrow pointing on it, I already completed the recharge 50k requirement but I can't get it because I was unable to get the Maia swap card caused by the bug.

2. This is the other problems I had on the previous Capsule Event

See, it is the same problem, and it is different event from the latest one, you can see the yellow arrows pointing at the events, see the difference?
This is the older Capsule event that I still did not get my items, the items I am missing are :

I am only missing these items for this event since I did not complete the recharge 50k for this one.
3. This is another problem I had that you still did not give me my items it is from the Cross server tycoon, and thats the same week that my server opened too.
As you can see this is the bugged hot event, I did actually spent over 30k dias that day but the hot event did not count it, for this one you owe me:
