New Angel's Party event.. Bug

In Elemental Zone - Why in server 289( Oceanic ) we not have any stars in reward?
Why other servers Have it?


Last event the server 289 even not had any compensation at all.

You sure that some servers have that?
Maybe this angel party is again one with out the EZ rewards.

Its not a bug. this time angel party doesnt have stars in elemental zone.
