I sent a ticket to support but it takes forever for them to reply. I recently recharged for the Balen Lode event and during the payout time I accidentally clicked on the wrong reward package. I want the one with the Bound Balens BUT instead clicked on the one with the Advance Henna. Anyway to go about it and help me changed the rewards?
