I have a question , for the ppl that are not able to check forums / know English to good , but got ranked and cant get the rewards what are they suppose to do ?

As for example I have a friend that he has almost no knowledge of howto write in English and he has no idea what a forum is , can I post for him for example ? Or what about the other players in his situation ? Cuz if this is the only solution its so bad...
