You shouldn't be sharing your account because such occurrences like this may happen. It could be worse (hopefully it isn't), but no matter, you have to file a support ticket (http://support.r2games.com/) before the R2 staff can proceed. Explain what happened and they'll move forward from there.

You have to follow-up on the support ticket. Only the ticket staff can help you with removing a character lock.

Also friends can also backstab u so dont really trust anyone with your account
