I think they just fixed the cap, so the new pets will have the lvl 4 skills. I doubt they went through and individually corrected all the skill levels for everyone's titan.
I'm guessing that if you rebirth your pet it will reset with the lvl 4 skills.
Anyone willing to try it? I don't have the monster titan, just the middling one, so I can't try.

Hello guys,,, well if u already have a Monster Titan before r2 fixed the skills, i already know how to fix it.
Just use a Pet Rebirth Scroll and u will get your pet fixed...
