It's not so fail, and if you are checking the net for info you know what's SUPPOSED to come, and advance SC is coming this month, maybe next week, or week after that. This means they want as many as possible to get it maxed before the patch. So they most likly swapped the position of whip and sc event.
So my guess it that whip event won't be before next patch

What about u put an event with Divinity Shards? We want to evolve our pets to,,, and we need a cheep one for low spender maybe like the mount event with free boxes
