Missing contents of leveler combo packs

I just had a leveler combo pack for achieving lvl 28 and when I looked at it, it says its contents are the following:

AFK Card
Health Orb
Pack Expander
(And other items that I cant remember anymore)

I double-clicked it and then I got the other items including the AFK card and health orb except for the Pack Expander and other items. I also searched for it in the temp. storage but it wasn't there. This bug happened many times before but I just ignored it back then.But I can't let myself lose that pack expander so I reported it

You will need to obtain a screenshot of the leveler pack's description as well as one of your activity log (the transparent system messages in the lower right) showing that you did not receive said item(s).

Pronoob is correct. The packs you are talking about only give ONE item from the list of items from the pack description. Hope that clarifies things for you. Happy Gaming.
