How does one acquire the special sylphs not gotten from the atoll ? and is the any shop that sells the divinity shards .....cards or whatever is needed to get them ? I know one of them is the hades....not sure what others are called >

Apollo and Hades (Evolved forms: Aegis and Athena) are not available in the sylph atoll. These generally can only be won from event chests (Apollo was recently available for balens in an event). They are not on general sale.

No divinity shards are used to evolve them not acquire them.

You can only get shards from events.

You can obtain Hades and Apollo from participating in the Defend Sylph Atoll event for free if enough people participate. Otherwise have to wait for a hot event or event boxes to include them. On the Divinity shards, only seen them in hot events or event box.es.

technically you can trade in those shards for event tokes and with that you can buy hades or apollo but it has to be a certain event. you might be able to get them if you have last hit at ab, otherwise you have to wait till an event comes where they can be gotten from chests.

Divinity shards are obtained in the same events where apollo or hades can be obtained.
However this event now has divinity shards with them.

Did anyone know when is the apollo-hades event? You can exchange 100 mahra for hades and 100 sylph sepulcrum for apollo (Sorry for my grammar)

you need to get 60 essences of the same type from the atoll. Sometimes fighting a Sylph you will get a seal which you can activate that you gain a sylph that way.

as for events know when they will happen.

The Sylph has to be Blue quality for Sylph Equipment irrespective of level. If the sylph is white or Green quality Sylph Equipment can’t be Equipped to it. Can you please let us know what colour is your Sylph

Anyways they help a lot
They boost your overall damage output
They give you AOEs incase your class lacks them
They support the team with buffs, heals,debuffs and such
Mostly the first reason
They also make all the above possible
