ye when they added lvl 10 rewards they should add lvl 10 transposer in shop. dosent make sense to have event on that not even using balens you can take advantage of it.

Been doing necro for months, have received LVL9, LVL11 & LVL 12 but no luck with LVL10s (not unusual for me, I think someone curse my account!)!!!!!!!!!

Not so. Countless people on our server have always asked and been advised to hold off any soul engraving untill an event. I rarely stick up for R2 and their continued failiure to deliver, but in this case if you chose to max your engraving outside of an event and then are unhappy to see one turn up, the only person to blame is, well...yourself.
