Cannot Activate Seig/Guild Exp

hey ever since yall did that emergency maintanace S76 has been messed up sieg wont activate and all the guilds 2x exp cant be activated either please fix!

Can you provide a screenshot of what occurs when attempting to activate 2x guild exp/Seignior?

Its the same with s79 also..

There's a good possibility that the emergency maintenance is the cause of this issue. As it occurred before reset, guild exp as well as Seignior were unable to reset as it would normally. I was able to successfully activate guild exp on an alt guild, so there doesn't appear to be any problems with the process itself. Things should return to normal after tonight's reset.
