My default attack spell is stuck in cooldown. The icon is dark and when I try to use it, it says Spell not ready yet. I tried closing browser and reopening, logging out and back in, logged in on a different browser, removed it from quick bar, even tried another character and it was fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

As this is an isolated issue, you will need to file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Briefly explain that your default skill is stuck on infinite cooldown and provide a screenshot depicting so. The GMs will assist you from there.
