Angel inherit question

Angel inherit question-
I currently have boa 7 star lvl59 and would like to inherit her skills to Mika 5 star lvl45. Would this be a bad idea? Will I loose lvls or BR right out of the switch? Thanks for any help.

Will be better to wait until Mika is 50 and upgraded with holy crystals or you will loose some levels ... also be safe there are no spended seraph stones on boa. You will loose this points too.
