Wartune Server Launch 4/15

On April 15th at 17:00 PM BRST (British Summer Time), a new European server S583 Arcane Battlefield will be released.

On April 16th at 10:00 AM GMT+8, a new Oceanic server S584 Whiteheath will be released.

Guys just a quick question, the timings of events such as Battlegrounds, World Boss etc for the upcoming servers are the same server times as all the other European/Oceanic servers right?

Why aren't we able to log in to the server?
It gets stuck at Total Progress 49%..sucks
