lvl 35 Starter Pack bugged

Hi, so I tried to purchase lvl. 35 Starter Pack in the Market, now I can't open nor sell it, need some help.

Do you know how when we open (for example lvl 20 starter pack, and collect it then it shows the list for next starter pack reward which is lvl 25 and the button "Collect Later"?) that's what exactly what happens to us. It keeps showing "Collect Later" as if it already has been collected.

lvl. 35 starter pack bug has not been fixed.

So I think now it is a well known problem, so I don't feel like posting a screen shot. Basically it won't let you get rewards after purchasing it from market.

VSuperPerk and fanysss, as far as we've been told and have seen in practice, you have to be Level 35 exactly to open this chest.

If you are unable to remove it from your inventory, you will need to open a ticket to have the item removed and your other concerns addressed.

Shouldn't that be stated when you BUY it then? maybe even make it IMPOSSIBLE to buy if you can't ever use it?

Btw, I was just wondering what is in the 35 pack?

The contents of the Level 35 pack are:

• 500,000 Daru
• 5 Skeleton Keys
• 10 Level 40 Legendary Stones
• 1 Level 40 Epic Weapon Shard
• Level 40 Starter Pack

VSuperPerk, you can file a ticket easiest by clicking the GM button next to the top right of the screen



As far as a refund, you will need to discuss that in the ticket, I am not familiar with that.
