I've read all threads about all the various VIP issues. It seems I need to unsubscribe, then buy DIA to renew vip if I don't have enough in-game to do it.
Point 1: I cannot unsubscribe*
Point 2: apparently R2 is *still* charging me monthly
Point 3: R2 is collecting money from me every month and *not* providing anything to me in the game in return
Point 4: The only way I can resolve this is if I submit a ticket.
Can someone please confirm that a ticket is the only way to unsubscribe? That's flat-out insane, to be honest. I'll do it but I want to make sure there isn't some simple way I am overlooking.
* Yes, I have tried to cancel on my R2 account page, but that option does not appear. When I click the VIP tab, it's just empty.
