Server [S259] Roseheath Cross Server does not work

Dear administration!

Cross server already as two weeks is not working. I said to [GM] R2Mentor, he said that sent a petition yesterday. But Cross server for two weeks is not working, and the petition was sent yesterday, and how to understand it? Please solve the problem with cross Server. Already the whole server starts because of this nervous. Say one more thing, whether compensation for a two-week cross Server problem?
