Summary of the emergence results:

- loading neglecting improvement, if any
- lag temporary OK, then second maintenance, then worse (situation remain especially in multi-server dungeons, arena, battlegrounds etc)
- no compensation

So it seems that maintenance was due to bug that caused some advantage gain like the maxed electro RES during Titan Wars.
