  • Support page not showing tickets

    When i go to http://support.r2games.com/support/support it doesn't show my tickets.

    Does anyone have the same problem?

    Same here - looked everywhere and cant see where they are shown.

      What happens when you fill out your email address and the ticket number in question?

        With email only it does nothing.

        With ticket number shows a loading but then doesn't show anything else.

          Whenever i go on ticket page now it just says server cannot connect to host ;-; been like that since this morning...

              Now i cannot access it. How can i see the tickets if i cannot access it?

                I'm not having any issues on my end, even the url you used is working on my end. Try clearing your browser cookies?

                      It doesn't appear to be an issue on R2's end. The pages are loading fine for anyone I ask to check. Have a read here, and see if some of that helps, especially the forced reload and flush dns options.

                        http://support.r2games.com has been out of commission for a few months now, however the subfolder http://support.r2games.com/support/support is still accessable.

                        Please do be sure you are logged into your account when trying to access your tickets. Try different browsers. Try a combination of email and ticket number when searching for the ticket. Please do let us know if you're still having troubles

                          Whakapono, can enter on that support/support if not logged in but shows the http error i posted earlier if logged.

                          Also like i said on earlier posts, only the email doesn't do nothing on the search button. The email and ticket number starts a "loading" but don't show anything.

                          Esme, i have tried several browsers, computers and even different internet places just to check if it was my connection. Still no good.

                            Cant access ticket.

                            Trying to access my ticket at support.r2games.com/support/support and im unable to access because of this:
                            ERROR: [HTTP] Could not connect to host

                            Im the only one with this problem or theres another way to view your ticket now?

                              Can you please screenshot the screen you are getting? Also please be sure to include the URL in your screenshot (try to cover your username if it's in view).
