Hey! Can you HELP ME???

The EXP for increasing r2games level is broken. I mean, when I log on online (NOT GAMES, ONLY R2GAMES) the EXP gauge (bar) doesn't increase. It says I still have 1 day unill level up to lv 2. Is it really broken or do I have to play online?

It says "When you log in to R2Games website or R2Games client, or play any R2Games game, you'll level your R2Level.".

But I want to log in only for R2Level and not for the games... I just want perks so I can open access to CB, OB, and even R2Games events...
What I can do to level up? Is it only me that is broken or everyone are leveling or some has the issue?
