joker's , diamond's and lotto voucher dissapear

almost one month ago i lose 4 joker's in house of card..they simply dissapear from me.. 3 days ago diamond's dissapear as well ...today ..my number of card lotto voucher and adv lotto voucher was reduced as well ...it's not fare to do this thing's.. i spend money on this game ...and alot of time ... for being robed by you people? how you will manage this things? how am i recive everithing back ? or should i renounce to play this game..i hope you fix this soon ...and next time think about... is not fare to do this whit people who play this game everyday .. !!!
