pow dissapearing

i bought pow's and gpows 7 pows 1 gpow so that i can use them later for tenet, i am lvl4 of it and they will get me to the next tier i think.
but i went to sell my spare stuff, i put everything that i dont need up for sale.
when i came back it was the maints yesterday, i left my comp on afk mode to farm exp, i just checked my vaults and my inventory but i dont have them.
my wisdom is the same my gold is the same so i didnt sell them by accident and i also didnt use them.

it doesnt work i cant type my name i have tryed alot of times, i have had a problem with refine it took 80g and it just states 80 coins which is a bug or unclear information so i am entitled to that back, but i cant even send a ticket as it will not allow me to type my name and the server character thingy is broken aswell
