If you click on this: http://www.r2games.com/play/?game=106&server=20103 You will enter a screen, on the top right you can see ''Servers'' bar, if you click on that you will see ''My Servers'',which display the servers you've played on.
These are three maximum it shows,but if you've played on no other servers then it's easy to find out where you have your 64 on.. Hope it helps

You can also try open support/store and see recharge options. It will show options of servers you played on
