How to get new equipment?

Hello,
Im lvl 25 and i still have beginner´s equip. How can i get new equipment? I cant find anything what could help me.

Have you tried running any of the multi user dungeons at the hall of heroes yet? You can gain items to create gear via those dungeons and then you can go to the blacksmith icon and make gear there. You can find the hall of heroes in cloud city. Mind you, the hall of heroes is a series of maps that have level restrictions and often need the help of other players to complete. Good Luck!
