Are you sure you're on the correct account for your character? Do you remember your character's name? If so, jump into the server and create a character with a different name, whisper your old character, and then try to view it. If you are able to view it, it still exists and you are on the wrong account, or have disconnected from the account it is on. Please keep in mind that if you logged in directly through the website previously, you can't access that same account with the facebook login.
