If you did not play your old Joyopark character on an R2Games server after the merge in 2013, then I do apologize but there is no way to restore the character. That data is gone forever.

Try to remember which email you signed up to the game with for the transfer to happen.

Then, try going to S35 and seeing if your character is listed on that account.

If you cannot find it, send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support, and give them the character name ('(J1)' must be included in front of the name, as it is a part of your character name), and any proof of ownership you have. Tell them your character is on S35, but you are having trouble figuring out which account you need to be logged into to access it.
