Pvp - Pve ?

Is there a difference between pve - and europe server? What is the difference between pvp and pve?
Europe server is pvp ?

All of CSII's servers are PvE, meaning players can only attack other players inside events and Kaymo Mountain per Gotor. In PvP, players can attack each other on any map.
