can you evolve two red jingle bell amulets to a yellow ??, if so how ??

you can evolve amulets, but you don't evolve amulets like angel artifacts or totems, you evolve using one amulet. You evolve by upgrading it using spirit essence in magic house until it reaches a certain level but i don't whether is needs breakthrough or not
