Farming with no friends

Is there a way to revive my own plants? I plant them with a timer so I can get them when they're ready, but most of the time life gets in the way of the game, and I have to replant. I don't have friends, so I can't ask for help. If there was a way to revive my own plants, that would be great. Thanks

Make an alt on the same server as your main. Get it to level 12 (farm required) and friend each other (use a different browser or Google Chrome with created user profiles). Then when needed just log into alt to revive your main's crops.
