Actually it should be sent during a week after ticket is received, but if someone continue creating new threads instead of reading moderator response and submitting a ticket, it may take more than month.

Sory for this moderator,, but totally this is 2x we got this issue.. we didnot get the prize on wager bet on first event of Volatile Bttle ,

this is second time around,, we didnot get again,, until now we waiting,, or no hope to claim it?? this is ur reply and u need the reply from ticket??

I dont need reply from ticket, but you need it, because submitting a ticket is the only way to receive bets from Volatile Battlefields.
Also stop creating threads about same issue, when there is existing thread about it.
