First make sure you are logged into the right account and server. If you are positive of both, the next question would be if your missing toons were over level 20. If they were not, and you did not log them in for 14 days, they could have been swept per an old Automatic Accoint Deletion policy.
If they were all over level 20 or had crystals in their bag, you will need to file a support ticket to see if the team can locate them. Tickets can be filed here: http://www.r2games.com/support/. Do include the exact toon names as well as the server they were created on.
