  • Forgot account for a character.

    I was wondering if it was possible to find out what account is linked to an old character I made a while ago. I've got the account as a friend on my other character, as proof it exists on the server. I have completely forgotten what account it was linked to and I want to find out, so I can use it again.

    Here is the information I know about the character:

    Name - (S91)WhiteFang
    Class - Beastmaster
    Level - 44
    Plane - Mortal
    Gender - Male
    Rank - Noble
    Guild - (S95)ChaosTribe

    I'm hoping you can help me get access to my character again.

    I sent in a ticket on Saturday. If you need information to verify if I'm the owner of the account, I'll be happy to provide it.

      ... I've had the same problem in the past, they'll ask you for your email for the account.. they didn't do anything for me, since I couldn't get my account back for some reason....

        I got a response back, but they're asking for my account's email, that I'm trying to find out... What should I do?

          Provide all of the other information they ask for, and explain that it's the email address you are not sure of.

            Okay just sent another ticket with as much as I know about the character I know, including character name, class, level, crystals bought, and that I don't remember what email it was on.

            Okay, R2 Support told me (S91)WhiteFang is under a Facebook account, but they didn't tell me what account its under... I asked them if it was possible to tell me the email of the Facebook account and they haven't replied back for week now...

            What should I do now?

              Do you have multiple facebook accounts to not remember which one you would have used for that character?

              What character name and server did you send your ticket in under?

                Character name: (S91)WhiteFang & Server: S91 Frosty Forest.

                I've only got 2 different Facebook account linked to R2games and they both don't have (S91)WhiteFang... Idk if the character got somehow separated from one of them, and now the character is lost...

                Because like I said before, the character is still one of my friend on my other character so it still exists on the server, I just can't log on to it... and I've tried every account I own...

                I've only got 5 active email accounts and 1 email that is no longer used, also 2 out of 6 were used on Facebook, I've tried all 6 emails on R2 and both of my FB logins...

                Any ideas? I'm stumped...

                  Please check your email for a reply to your ticket. Let us know if that helps you, or if you have questions about it. If that doesn't help, please respond to your ticket and let them know, as it is possible IT may need to get involved to assist further.

                    R2 Karl already replied to my ticket, and they told me (S91)WhiteFang is on a Facebook account and didn't tell me anymore than that or continue to assist me...

                    I just want to know if I can have (S91)WhiteFang recovered and put on an R2 account I'm currently using... Is that possible?

                      You should have a response in your ticket from Adam, with a better response than what Karl sent you. It was sent to the gmail that begins with a t, in case you have tickets under other emails.

                            KradThgink is my main account on R2games

                            And I've got (S91)WhiteFang back... but now the account he was asked to be added to is now missing my other character, (S91)Latias...

                            Nothing against you guys, but how hard is it to add an old character from a FB account to an account with an existing character, without removing original character from the account?

                            I'm sure that character wouldn't be hard to recover if I send in a ticket, since I know the email of the account for this one lol

                            I just sent in a ticket with all my new missing character's information.

                            I know there was also a lvl 30 Female Rogue before on the account as well, but I don't care about that one...

                            Please just put both (S91)WhiteFang and (S91)Latias on the same account... That's all I ask

                              It's because of the email address used. You can get away with using the same email on two accounts if one account was created using facebook. But, one account becomes inaccessible if you ever need to convert the facebook account to a main site account. I hate the facebook login thing, it's far more trouble than it's worth.

                              They'll get you access to your other character, probably on a different email.
