So, my normal attack isnt working...I hope this picture shows up, but it wont let me attack anything with this skill.

You will need to file a ticket (http://www.r2games.com/support/) to have your skill manually reset. Be sure to include your IGN along with your server marker and a screenshot of your glitched skill.
