Quest not accepted

Hi,

I was doing divine realm's quests and at level 6 said speak to Narrator and when I did it said quest not accepted and didn't let me continue. How can I fix it?

i think it didn't let you continue because the quest that you are going to do needs a certain divine realm level, because i got this problem too.
u can see what divine realm lvl it needs for u to do the quest at around the red circle in the pic.

yeah I figured out that I have to blitz previous quests until I reach the level that is required but this kind sucks cause it takes a lot of stamina..
