Death Odor Questions

I was just wondering if Death Odor can proc off of Dots(Damage of time). Like lets say the Rogue Skills Venom can that proc Death odor?

dot = dmg over time not of(thought to say)

it does not, chance to proc per skill attack so dots, priest curses, frost (maybe more stuff i forgetting) wont proc it

going lunar halo is better anyway with correct rotation/timing for things like void and u know, the hard stuff since quite a nice dodge % increase and more patk doesn't hurt^^
