Topaz not delivered

Bought 800 Topaz succes, 30+ min ago, still not delivered. Event single recharge time left 1h 30 min. Usually time deliver it's 0-2 minutes.
So you do deliver after the event ends, right?

Opened a ticket but ticket take to long time. I don't need help in 3 days, need it now.
Can a mod help?

Are you sure you purchased the topaz on the right character and account?
