Not ignoring, just haven't had any updates as of yet (and had somehow missed this post).
If you head to 'Helpshift' in game, there is an area for 'Known issues'. That area is updated frequently. We need to have anyone experiencing the problem reporting it. If not here, then via the ticket system (helpshift)
As you have [PH] in front of your name, am I right to assume you are from Philippines? If so, you should be getting better connections from the SEA servers. If you do start experiencing the same issues there, as on EU server, please do let us know.
Adding new servers to certain timezones need to satisfy a few different catagories. They have not told us of any upcoming servers, but we (as moderaters) don't tend to find out until players get word.
