As described in the Quest Description, you will need morph your Scorpion into a Lightning Wolf King using Greater Mount Upgrade Tokens to fulfill the quest.

Ohhh forgive ...... but anybody who has him or who knows this is impossible how many tries to get the wolf.
To hear say say 5-9 stars to 2-3 each when this really works so badly You can delete it confidently up to this time you certainly need no more HW

It isn't impossible, but the luck system does have a mind of its own. It took me a troublesome 13 stars, but it can't be helped.
