I am unable to access any servers after the last update. All I get is a black screen, I have already submitted a ticket, however was unable to attach the check log that the support suggested I run and attach to the ticket. I don't even know where to locate the open ticket to give any updated information or attach the check log which was saved automatically as a *.rtf file.
