NO chests AGAIN on completing Magic Square

I am not going to include a screen shot, because in this case it would be pointless showing you my inventory minus the chests.
Yes, I used attempt
Yes, I had an attempt to use.
NO, I did not run the MP at any time previously this week prior to trying today.
Last week this happened for one of my characters only.
This week it was BOTH.
I wouldnt mind IF this was a daily event but its WEEKLY!!

no issues here .. are you waiting till the room kicks you out when timer reaches 0:00 because if you leave early you don't get anything.

You have to wait until the 15 minutes is up. If you leave before then, you do not get the boxes, exp, and you've lost the attempt.
