Hi i got the same problem. I call ** on this one. How the hell are we to make a ticket when we can't upload pic's of the problem and can't sent the ticket in.
My file size for the PGN i tried to attach to the ticket is way below 2 MB.

I would advice to clear your cache and flush your DNS, but thats not what will fix your issue, actually you could just use forum search to find that level 22-2 of Eternal Spire is max and you cant advance further until developers update it.Was trying to report a problem with Eternal Spire
