Hi when you say you didn't get in-game mail from level up reward, was the mail icon flashing? If so, did you trying refreshing your page for it to appear?
It happens on my account frequently where the in-game icon is flashing, and there is nothing in my inbox. But after i refresh it is there.Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony ~ Ghandi

yes sometimes its there after i refresh but sometimes the mail arrived later, like 4-5 hours. Its annoying especially when i need the the items right awayComment
