It's not that accurate.
My own experience tells me (and i'm always online at the distribution) that it varies within the time frame of 5 minutes past reset till 20 minutes past reset. Maybe they do it from the bottom to the top but wait till any duel is finished?

oni I got rewards once at 5:20 and you know I play on S5 :P

also i may add that the time they take the rank is off also it isnt between 05:59-0:600, it's more like taking at 06:00-06:02 and is usually 10-15 mins after
