I don't understand why you loose time and efforts for any promotion, since its "refined" just to spend your balens and also the event is "refined" that you cant succeed with it, you will just fail same as you haven't done anything. This is not the first promotion that works like that, all are. Just remember last one with gear for beast marks and wings, even excellent was failure. Just don't pay attention on promotions.
