massive dc

there was a massive dc today in s 29 and the merged servers at 12:40 server time(during island of blessings)! we all dced and we didnt even get 1 purple pack! whats happening and what provoced the dc? pls fix it! lookin forward to hearing from u!

Currently the issue isn't clear, and we are VERY sorry that this has happened.
Regarding compensation - I haven't been told anything, the best thing to is be remain patient.
